Finish the Feasibility Study and get report by end of March, 2008. Completed.

Collect initial funds to buy the land by the end of 2Q, 2008.  As of 12/16/09 we purchased the 63 acre site on Spring Stuebner Road. 

Begin construction as soon as the funds are available.  We need about $19 million more to build phase 1 of our project.
